One of my mentors told me there are 3 things to consider about any job: work, pay, and people. If you only like 1/3, you should probably leave. If you like 2/3, you have to evaluate whether you can live without the third. If you like 3/3, you should probably stay.

In the early stages of my design career, I had the opportunity to work on a project designing the album art cover for a hip-hop song. At that time, I didn't attach much significance to it. Surprisingly, that particular song has now achieved platinum status. However, when I reflect on that project, it's one piece of work that makes me cringe a bit. I believe many people can relate to having a similar experience, where looking back, we see room for improvement in our earlier creations.

Even if financial considerations were not a factor, I would continue pursuing my current path because it aligns with my deep-rooted passion, offers enjoyment, and brings a profound sense of satisfaction. Seek out that one thing that lights you up propels you forward, and you'll find a career that never feels like work.
